How can I access the PlayZone?
We've introduced online booking for the PlayZone, which you can do via the 'Booking' tab'. Once you've made your booking, you will receive a 4-digit PIN, which you'll need to use to enter.
How far in advanve can I book the PlayZone?
The PlayZone is bookable up to 7 days in advance.
How much does it cost to book the PlayZone?
From £8 per hour.
What is your refund policy?
In order to receive a refund, you must cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your booking.
What should I do if my gate PIN doesn't work?
Step 1) Double check you have entered the correct PIN
Step 2) Make sure you're not inputting your code too early - it'll only work up to 10 minutes before your booking starts.
Step 3) Check your confirmation email where you'll find a contact number
Can I book the facility for commerical use (i.e. delivering coaching)?
